When a mod won't install, the log says the exact same things, only the window doesn't pop up and nothing happens but some log messages.
For some mods, such as SkyUI and Tamriel Online (if those are supposed to work with MO which I'm guessing they are), it won't install, but most mods I can. Mod Organizer works perfectly fine for me.
